- CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 The order transmitted via the online forms by the customer constitutes an offer addressed to Quick Learning di Davide Marras aimed at concluding a sales contract, under the conditions indicated therein and in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale which, by the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer undertakes to observe in their dealings with Quick Learning di Davide Marras. Therefore, by the electronic transmission of the order form, the customer confirms that they know and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and that they have received the additional information which can also be consulted on the website shop.quicklearning.academy called up via link. It is mandatory for the Customer to provide the company VAT number or Tax Code when filling in their personal details. Incomplete orders and/or orders containing errors will not be considered for the purpose indicated in this article.
1.2 After transmitting the order in electronic format, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the order itself (Order Confirmation). The fulfilment of orders is subject to full payment of the price by the customer within no more than 10 working days from receipt of the order, as well as to the availability of the products in stock. Consequently, failure to pay the price or lack of product availability in stock shall result in the automatic termination of the contract, which shall be communicated to the customer by email, followed by the refund of any amounts already paid towards the price.
- PRODUCT FEATURES AND PRICES
2.1 The product characteristics are those presented on the website and described within each product page. However, the images and colours of the products offered for sale online may not correspond to the actual ones as a consequence of any improvements and implementations carried out in the meantime (which Quick Learning di Davide Marras will in any case announce on its website) or due to the particular internet browser and monitor used.
2.2 Product prices may be subject to change. The VAT rate shown for the products is 22%. The prices shown on the website are binding. shop.quicklearning.academy at the time of ordering.
- SHIPPING COSTS / DELIVERIES
3.1 Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are indicated at the time of payment.
3.2 In the event of visible damage to the packaging, the customer is required to check the supplied product upon delivery in the presence of the courier, and to accept the delivery “subject to checking”.
- DELIVERY TIMES
4.1 Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of stock, the need to order the requested items, and transport and customs clearance times. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description and/or the order confirmation.
4.2 Davide Marras's Quick Learning will arrange a single shipment of all ordered goods as soon as they become available. Should the Customer wish for partial fulfilment of the order, they are requested to contact the Davide Marras Quick Learning offices to make a specific request.
- Payment methods
5.1 Payment for the price of the products and the relative shipping costs can be made by bank transfer to REVOLUT BANK UAB – MILAN BRANCH (MI), IBAN: IT66 H036 6901 6009 1735 0267 955, by credit card or through the PayPal service.
5.2 Payment details will never be used by Quick Learning di Davide Marras except to complete the purchase process and to issue refunds in the event of any product returns, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or where it becomes necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on shop.quicklearning.academy
- RIGHT TO CANCEL/MODIFY THE ORDER
6.1 If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you may do so within 24 hours of your purchase and in any case before receiving confirmation of shipment. To cancel or modify your order, you must write to dvdmrr@icloud.com and specify the reference number and any other useful information (company name, order date, etc.) to uniquely identify the order in question. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation/modification of your order and all information relating to the refund of any amounts already paid.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
7.1 Under the right of withdrawal, the customer has seven working days to return, at their own expense, any goods they do not wish to keep. In the event of a return, the items must be sent back in their original packaging, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and any instructions. Incomplete, damaged or soiled items will not be eligible for a refund.
7.2 To make a return, the customer must first contact an advisor by phone or send an email to dvdmrr@icloud.com. The method of transport to be used, which varies depending on the products, can thus be communicated to them and Quick Learning di Davide Marras will register their return request. In any case, outbound and return shipping costs are borne by the customer and will not be refunded. In any case, the customer must ensure that the product is insured for its market value by the chosen carrier, as the transport of the returned goods is carried out at their own risk. No shipments sent carriage forward or cash on delivery will be accepted. - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes between the seller and users/buyers shall be resolved amicably or, should this not be possible, the Court of Cagliari shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
